Shipping Policy

Our products are sourced from a curated list of trusted vendors based pan India & personalised & packaged in Mumbai, Maharashtra & then shipped to our customer. A shipping fee is charged as per the weight & volume of the order.

While it may take a minimum of 3 working days & a maximum of two weeks to dispatch your order unless there is a delay for unforeseen reasons, chat with us to let us know if it's an urgent order that needs to reach in time for a birthday or a special occasion & we'll try & make sure that happens.

Return & Exchange Policy

While we strive to ensure that you are extremely satisfied with the quality of our product, if for a reasonable reason you wish to exchange it, we are happy to assist you with the same.

A to & fro shipping fee will have to be charged in case of a return & exchange.
